Ties home, Sponsor, Fund Proof and Transcripts

Hello everyone,
I'm applying for a study visa for the first time and I have a lot of questions. Any help will be much appreciated:
I already have a bachelor degree and got an offer for another undergrad degree. My ultimate study plan is to have dual bachelor degrees and a master.

1. Regarding "ties in home" issue. I'm planning to apply for work visa in Canada after I finish my bachelor degree there. So no I'm not thinking of leaving the country. Is this considered a bad plan? If so, why?

2. Can anyone sponsor me? any relative of mine?

3. How can I accurately estimate the amount I should have in my bank account? Expenses for my first year varies due to courses I'm supposed to enroll in, rental..etc

4. In case the study visa was refused, can I apply for immigration with no issues?

5. Should my graduation certificate and transcripts be the original ones or a copy will do? I only have one original left of some of them.

1. Study permits are intended for individuals who are genuine students and are entering Canada temporarily. You need to therefore demonstrate ties to your home country. If you make it clear you have no plans to leave Canada once you complete your studies - you can expect a refusal.

2. Should be an immediate relative like a parent.

3. First year tuition + $10K in living expenses + $2-3K in travel expenses.

4. Yes - you can apply to immigrate. Make sure you declare the refused study permit.
