The last CRS score 438 announced on Jan 30, 2019 is accepting profiles submitted before April 26, 2018 i.e. prioritising older files over newer applicants. My initial application was submitted on Nov 3, 2017 and it got expired after 12 months after which I re created my profile.
Can I get ITA in my newer profile submitted on Nov 13, 2018 ? Since my initial application was submitted way before tie breaker but then got expired due to cic policy.
In both my profiles CRS remained unchanged at 438. Kindly suggest.
