three years Old PCC

i have one question in my mind i have PCC three year old when i was coming from pakistan in 2006 after that i never go back to pakistan so what do u think this pcc will work or not?

probably not. i am no expert so i am guessing.

what if a crime that someone committed only came to light 2 years after they left, so at least a latter PCC will have that information updated.
