1. My working visa expires early than work permit, so how can I extend the working visa in Canada?
2. does foreign worker pay GOV pension and EI contribution? If no, can I ask the money back since my employer paid those for several months.
3. can I claim some the federal tax back when I leave Canada?

Answer to question 2-when you are on work permit in Canada you need to pay CPP i.e Canadian provident fund and EI it cuts everymonth from your paystub but you will not get refund all that amount it goes to govenment to pay it you for retirement after 65 years you will get that amount if you are in Canada that time otherwise forget that all whole amount

1.your WP is ok for your status in canada there is not required to exttending visa there s no point to that t s waste of monery unless you are going to travel out of canada. you can submit your application at any USA office with copy of your WP you can get same validated visa as your WP.
2.You have to pay and cant refund
3. certain amount of your tax will return every end of calender year, your employer will provide the documents T4.
GST will return every 3 months.
