Am Sooo Excited ... i Know this thread is early But we have nearly finished all of the labor of the FAM-PR application! And will probably be Posting it within the Next week - given that CPC-M will Receive it first week of September... Hopefully forward it to London some time in Oct ...

Good Luck everybody! We're all gonna get through this together and be back with our loved ones!

Hi September applicants. I hope that all of your applications are running smoothly and quickly. I just wanted to stop by and make a suggestion.

If you have not done so already, I highly recommend that you pay the Right of Permanent Resident Fee (RPRF) before you get the letter saying to pay it at the end of the process. It may save you a lot of time. It “seems” that people that pay upfront (before it is requested) get processed a few week ahead and if your anything like me a few weeks longer of waiting is very uncomfortable to say the least.

I’ve put together some info from CIC and this forum to help you. It can’t really hurt because they will refund this fee if your application is rejected or if you decide not to land.

Hope it helps. If you have more to add, please let me know and I'll put it all together to help out the next person who has questions about it.

The info is on this thread:

Hi!

ljane79, thanks for giving us such great advice! :)

I just wanted to let everyone know that September 2010 applicants have been using this thread instead:

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/thread-for-september-2010-applicants-t52124.0.html

We should have used this thread, I know, as it was created earlier :( but everyone else is gathered up on the other one, so I just wish to ask any new September applicants to use the above thread instead.
We're glad to keep track of our applications together! Good luck everyone!!

(Rob.Barrett, come join us! :) )
