For those who did'nt get their 2ndAOR , email your CHC for this and i am 100% sure inshallah they will send you 2nd file no in your email address with in 20 days.
i know some applicants who get 2nd File no through email, if your status is received by visa office you can email any time to your CHC and can ask for your 2nd File no and with in 20 days they will reply you and send you 2nd file no.
you will see 2nd file no on the top of left in the email.inshallah
The reply looks like this.
