Those hasn't got medical but recieved RPRF, please check

I asked earlier for upfront medical for one of my friend. He got his RPRF request in mail. But didn't received mail or email for medical. So he decided to go for upfront medical. We went to physician today and explained her that he is here to do upfront medical. After putting his papers and file numbers on computer, she told us that they have him on their system for medical. Means by cic he was sent medical request. he was supposed to get medical request by now. But anyways he did his medical and it wasn't considered as upfront. Similary, in January he didn't received his first RCMP mail but 2 month after January, he got a reminder email that he hasn't submitted his RCMP. I guess there is some problem in their system that is not delivering messages right. His status is in progress.

Yeah my wife didn't get her medical request but I did, and when we went to the clinic they told us they could find both our IME numbers in e-medical. Her medical without the request was probably not upfront...
