thoroughly confused

Hi,
I am a refugee and my wife is South Korean. I am very confused trying to fill out IMM 5406.
1- who needs to fill out this form? I know I do. But what about everyone else like my spouse who is not a refugee but is my wife? Or my step-children who are above 18 and won't be sponsored? or my parents and siblings? (my spouse is the only person in the application as a dependant
2- do i write everyone's name in my native language (Persian), even the Korean names?

Please help me

Given your wife is South Korean would imagine asylum in Canada would be difficult if you could live in South Korea. Do realize that multicultural marriages are not the norm but there are residency options for spouses even if they require renewals. Anticipate that this will likely be a problem..
