but just to be safe, is it ok for the Reference Letter to be 2 pages long? I find it almost impossible to condense it into 1 page with all the duties..

Perfectly fine. One of mine was three or four pages. Just combine them all in a single PDF file.

let me tell you, No question related to EE is silly.

I dont think it makes any diff with 2 pages. I also have 2 pages long ref letter and that too from 3 companies.
