I was talking to CIC today and they sent me this link to give feedback on processing times.
These wait times will never get better if nobody says anything.
So, if you have feedback on processing times or ither issues, here is the link

Not sure, but you can try. Or you can tell them ur processing time is too long in general!

That form is for general comments and complaints, not for case-specific inquiries. If your processing time has been longer than that posted for your visa office, you need to contact the visa office directly.

If you fill out the form, use the drop box, and "processing times" is listed there. This is where you can complain or compliment on processing times. This link is for that specific reason, given to me by CIC. also on this form you do enter your case specific information.
I think its great to have an alternative to contacting your visa office. When I contacted mine (several times), they do nothing.
It is not an inquiry link. If you want to make an inquiry, contact your visa office. If you want to make a complaint (or compliment), use this link.

I think we should all post complaints to that form regarding processing time.

Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure the feedback from it simply ignored.

I agree! If nobody complains, no action will be taken. They need to hear from us!

Yes, I would second this......A positive and constructive feedback is always good. Else nobody knows what's happening there.
 
I don't have anything to say except "way too fucking long" :/ I'm more annoyed by the FBI taking 3+ months for some damn fingerprint check.
 
Exactly. The times for everything they do is unacceptable! Ive been waiting since May just for them to look at the extra documents they asked for (and I sent them on the same day they asked for them), they confirmed that they received the documents a couple days later, so why are they waiting 2 months to look at them?!
Ridiculous. Their lack of concern and accountability creates such a strain on us. Not fair. They need to hear from us!
