As Expected they have increased the number of Draw which eventually would bring the scores down.

score wont go dont atleast not significantly. Lets assume score goes down to 400 then OINP will be redundant . Since Ontario came up with that number of 400 shows that they dont plan to get close to 400 anytime soon.

Scores wont go down 450 ever i think.
seems EE is designed as:
if you have above 450- enjoy ITA
if you have less than 450-400- enjoy ONIP (spend $1500- generate revenue as every 400+ candidate will go for it)
if you have less than 400- try other PNP routes
if no PNP selects a candidate-that candidate has potentially less chances to be successful-so is not suitable for immigration
