Thinking of canceling my application : please advise:

Sorry for posting it again but i need your advise on this issue. I am not afraid of rejection but more on extended waiting time for rejection
This is what My GCMS says

GCMS which were generated on 29th july 2013, file was updated on 26th june 2013. Status under review

work exp: NOC 2113 Geophysicist for XXX from 2012/02/21 to 2012/10/11. Duties conform to NOC. Also same position in XXXX from 2011/07/04 to 2012/02/14. Duties confirm to NOC. App recieved on 31st October 2012. Also declare NOC 4122 as RA for University of XXXX. from sep 2008 to May 2011. Duties confirm to NOC. Letter also states that PA was concurrently in school and FOSS details verify the authorization to study. Letter doesnot appear to make any difference between studies and RA. Evidence insufficient to consider tenure as RA to be work ex. instead of studies. Credential granted on 2011/11/10. Eligibility period under student stream appears to be less than one year. Supporting docs appears to be insufficient to demonstrate one year work exp under NOC code...

Reasons I am thinking
1.My new documents are added to file on 6th August, but few members of this forum got rejected becoz their updated documents were not considered so I am not expecting much
2.I saw they also evaluated me in NOC 4012. There are many users on this forum who are waiting for decision in this category from 12 months. I really dnt wan to wait till november to apply again, wondering if you people can give me some input on this issue.
3. Any one with NOC 4012 got MR recently with status review required. ?

I think chances of rejection of your application are high. Please dont get me wrong but thats what your GCMS say. Now if you wait you loose this time ( I mean the time when you are waiting, they probably wont accept your updated documents.). I would say, if waiting time is not an issue for you (may be 2-3 months, it could be even more), wait for a final decision and then apply. Else withdraw your application and reapply.

If I was you, I would have waited for a final decision, and would have taken next steps.

So as I said, if you ok for waiting, wait for rejection and send next package.
From my experience a month or 2 will not make any difference to your application, Luck is a major factor.
I see some nov people getting PPR, and I being Aug applicant still waiting, so wait for rejection (if some miracle happens, you are not rejected) and then based on that , reapply

In my case rejection or not, if I don't get an answer from cic by september 17th, I will send a new application on that same evening.
I'm sure will spend a wonderful and exciting year a discussion with iam_toby, gladaki and others...

yes In your case prepare a new packet send it by 20 sept...
Waiting for another 7 months doesnot make sense in confusion
