guyzz i want to knw what all things i should take wid me to canada including all accessories plzz tell thanks ;)

I dont have much on this but take things that are relevant to you, laptop, clothings, shoes and clothes quite cheap here.

All the best

why not do a search in the forums. I'm sure this topic has been beaten to death many times

I don't know where you are from, but you might want to take a couple of adaptors with you (assuming you have electronic devices like laptops or cameras). I'm from Singapore, where I can get adaptors as cheap as $2 or $3 each. Travel adaptors here are expensive for me.

If you already have a secured job offer, then I think you are fine.. but if you don't have a job offer yet, then you definitely want to bring some clothes and shoes. Every penny counts when you first get here (especially if you don't have a regular source of income yet).

Very true,i live in Langley and you?

U mean clothes n shoes r more cheaper in canada in comparision to india.thanks

;D lol! Define "cheap".

is it "cheaper" to buy something at $10 and have poor quality which you need to replace (fabric pill, shrink or fade) every 1-2 months, as opposed to buying something that's $20 that you only need to replace after 7-9 months? If you are considering just $ alone.. of course India is cheaper.

Also, I faced a problem when buying shoes. My home country is hot and humid. When I tried one the shoes there, it fit my feet perfectly. For some xxxxxx reason, after I came back to Vancouver.. god knows whether it's my feet expanded or the shoes shrunk, but I could not squeeze my feet in anymore. I ended having to give my brand new shoes to my friends with smaller feet. Is this just me?? Anyone with the same problem?
