we were wondering if we should add in our wedding cards that we got from everyone?

we thought it might be a good addition.

also i was wondering if for sponsoring, credit card statements should be added? or for my car that i finance?

and....should i add in all the months that he has been on my phone account, or just the first one that i added him.

thanks!

I chose a few wedding cards from immediate family and close friends and photocopied them and included them.
We did provide the financing for the car that we bought together to show a major purchase between us.
I would provide the first month you added him on your phone account.
I also included a policy of our house insurance (or you could use renters/tenant insurance) that shows both of you on the policy.
For credit card, I wouldn't have private information on there maybe just the heading showing both your names as being on the account together.

If you send originals you wont get them back.

If you really want to send wedding cards I would make photocopies (colour ones) and send those instead, otherwise you lose the card.

The same with rental agreeements, bank statements, insurance papers etc. Also might be worth blanking/blacking out full account numbers etc, leave the last 4 digits, just for your own data safety etc.

I believe actual photographs of the wedding have more value. We included 2 or 3 cards that we sent to each other, none from wedding guests. Interestingly, while we did not get back any "original" documents back from CIC, we DID get back all of our submitted photographs and cards. Don't hold me to it, I'm sure each VO is different.
