Things I missed ??

I have already sent all my documents to chc new delhi. But i have missed 3 things.

1) Travel History. I had lived in uae for 2 years. I did not send a written entry and exit dates antough one of the forms do contain the addresses where i have stayed since my 18th birthday. Won't that be enough.

2) I do not have my birth certificate. So send the 10th certificate and attached a note saying the same.

3) I have still to send the pcc from uae.

So i was thinking that should i send the "1" along the pcc and also send an affidavit explaining "2" as this i read on one of the threads that if we do not have the birth certificate, we have to send an affidavit saying my 10th certificate contains my correct DOB

What should i do ??

Hi,

Go ahead, you can send those papers as additional documents to your submitted application.

Quote your file number on the top corner of each of them together with a covering letter addressed to the Immigration Section.
Make a humle covering letter stating your apology for not including them with the application.

There will not be any problem.

Must we send a single written paper contains the countries I entered and have a residence in it more than 6 months??????
from where I can get that paper??
I think that question is written in one of the forms of the application package...I wrote those information in it.....is there any other forms...plz help....

well do you mean to say that you hae shown a gap of 2 years while mentioning the residence history??

Also you can update the pcc of uae later but how would you update this residence history on the application form later?

i think date of birth wont be a problem here..
by the way.. whts the progress on pcc?? did you catch hold of someone to get the form for you?

Sorry dear if i scared you...did not intend to do so....you do not have any other form. someone on the forum said that we had to send a plain paper in which the date month n year of the entry and exit have to be written. this is also written in the visa office specific document from new delhi page A-2 under travel document last point.
Altough the form number "Schedule 1 background / decleration" point 11 ie personal history contains this info. but not the date(only month and year) so i thought the extra piece of paper is needed.

No i did not put any gap there (ON :- "Schedule 1 background / decleration" point 11 ie personal history) but i thought the travel history thing is also needed but i'm not sure that the extra paper is needed or not.

No, i did not find anyone yet although my 120 days expire on 23 april. I'm on the agent hard lets see where can i get with him. i'll wait with him for another week then try other options

hey brother,no problem...I revised the Visa office London special requirements and didn't find any requirements like this......Just to send the copies of passport and a copy of the visa if u live in another country,,,,,,,,,

Gather all documents and send ASAP, avoid sending multiple packets. Affidavit is not asked but people send it as its a legal document and has some value in India so CHC recognised it.
