They dont have my adress in polish embassy but online appear my actual adress...

Hello, i submit my family sponsorship visa in November, in Ferbruary my Dad got phone call from CiC about some missing information in my application, he also ask if he can change mailing adress, he change it and we waited about 7-8 months to now, when i got phone call from Ontario that they was trying to get contact with me from February... LOL and i need to provide my new adress, Woman said i need to e-mail them my new adress, i do that and now i got e-mail saying:
Please provide your signed request to change your mailing address and include your e-mail address into your application.

Do i need write my new adress on piece of paper and scan it and then send it to them? or i need to fill the right form and then scan it, its frustrating.
 
Use this link, it gives you the instructions on how to change your address, and there are a few options:

But you should do it as soon as possible because it is likely causing a delay in your application...
 
Yeah buy why i was instructed to e-mail them at warsaw-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca ?
And look at this, i clicked on ,,Change your adress Online'' and i fill UCI number and everything and it shows my NEW ADRESS what the heck?
 
Because that is where your file is now...so your file for application is now in Warsaw. Just click on the link I sent you, download the form they want you to submit, sign it, and scan it and email it to them so that it is official.
 
Thanks, i used a IRCC Web form, hope this help, by the way its weird that in Adress notification online service they have my new adress.

Well, unless your dad signed a Use of Representative form, they have to ask you before they add or change anything on the application.


That's assuming it's you who is being sponsored. If it's your dad then I don't know why they would need you.
 
Yep its me being sponsored, they had my phone number before in February, i dont know why they called my Dad

Are you in Poland right now or Canada? Maybe they called your dad because it was a local number?
