there no continue button after ITA.

I got a ITA(invitation) through my agency last 16 NOV 2016. After that my agency was something problem with me so i cancelled a representative. after few days i confirmed it from CIC.
Now i want to continue uploading my documents myself. After login wih my ID and password on CIC, the problem is that there is no clicking button to upload all my documents after ITA. As well as there is no my information about ITA and can not able to find any info my ITA. Moreover the representative who login on CIC with her Id and password still have my information and can upload documents after ITA.
I have only a few valid days left to upload. it is require to upload all documents in 60 days.
and over a month i try to contact CIC and everybody told me send email technical issue and web form.
there is nothing info reply me.
anyone know this such problem ???? i have only a few days ...

Do you have your Express Entry application number?

If nothing works out,
You can create a new cic account and transfer your old Express entry application to your new cic account.
You might get 90 days to submit application instead of 60 days.

please let me know how to transfer my old application to new one?
 
At what date did you get the ITA?
What's your score and what category ? FSW/CEC?
Do you have all your documents ready?

as mentioned above i got a ITA with my agency and now cancelled her.
i want uploading myself all my require documents. but i can not. there is no continue button.
usually it has a clicking button for next page to upload (i saw it with agency id and password but no more works with her so now i can not login with her id)

You can create a new cic account and after logging in, you can click the 'link application to this account' option and see if it works.

Don't withdraw your old account.
