The year/month i became eligible for NOC job

In 2016
February - Got placed from college campus
April - final exams got over
May - joined job
August - result declared
September - received diploma and marksheet.

Which month did i become eligible for the job then?
 
The day you start working is the day you become eligible for that particular NOC
 
This question is relevant for professions which require a licence to practice in the country and the date will be date of licence. For others jobs there is no issue.

That question you can ask your employer about.

The date you're qualified is the date you earned your diploma

Was this diploma granted in Canada or outside?
