It just means your passport was dispatched. You need to have an online account to know the final decision or have your passport which you are unlikely to receive due to VAC shut down in India.
I am stuck at the same thing. My final decision is dispatched. Although, I have my online CIC account but its not updated. So I am just sitting with fingers crossed.

I selected family amend given name when I put family and given names same and select the passport option and entered all details then I searched and my application didn't find
