I want to validate the form for TRV, but when I press the "validate" button it says: "The validity of the document certification is UNKNOWN. The author could not be verified". What can be the solution?

Sure, I have the same problem. It seems the version of the document contains an error. Finding another version (elder) of these documents will solve this problem.

@mukhilamrith It is ok to use the older version, and it was successfully verified and uploaded to the visa system. Still waiting for the approval process results.
