The Stress and Fear before sending PR Application.

Hi guys, I have been on this forum throughout my P.R. Application process, from simple silly questions to more serious inquiries, this forum is full of helpful smart people with lots of view points that allows us to proceed to the best of our abilities.

As I am nearing the end of all of my paperwork, I am struck with fear and anxiety. Did I forget to sign something? Did I forget to check that one box? Will I be rejected for some reason unforeseen and make my wait to join my hubby turn from 6 months to a year or 2?

Anyways, I want to thank everyone again that has replied to any of my posts. Not only to mine, but anyone's on here...we all have stories and have a reason to be here, and if anyone is feeling stressful and fearful like I am, you are not alone in this.

The best advice I have found at this point is to double triple check everything, and if you have any doubt ask here, or search for it somehow. Chances are someone somewhere has a similar question or is going through the same thing.

I found the most nervous I was when I was in the ups office, and handed over the application to the man working. I said, "Please PLEASE don't lose it!" Thank goodness I had a friend there with me for moral support, lol.

Three things:

1. Make sure that you are submitting the latest version of the forms. CIC seems to update them (fairly regularly) and they certainly don't let the members here know!

2. Make copies of anything that you cannot provide [again] if your application is lost.

3. Relax...
