Hello,
I have questions about my PR status and my medicare starus.
I could not fulfill 730 days out of 5 years and then My permanant residance status was removed.
1. I want to get my PR status back, what is the best way to do that? ( considering my brothers are canadian citizens, does it help in my case?)

2. After PR status removal, what happens to medicare? After my PR removal my medicare is still continuing. Does it mean sth positive related to my case?

Thank you in advanced for your help.

1- You start from scratch and reapply And if you get it back , maintain the residency requirements to maintain it . 2/5 years is EXTREMELY generous
2- Healthcare is residency time based, if your not here, how could your healthcare coverage continue with the province, you never spent enough time to be a resident in?

And no, it's not a positive in getting back your PR. Go back to the answer @ 1

Thank you for your answer. You are exactly right, 2/5 years is generous.

How can I check my PR status online?
Can I check my PR status from somewhere online?
