The spouse application only ask for employer income, should I mention other income?

I am currently getting maternity income and child benefit for our newborn. I am sponsoring my husband and it is only asking how much I make from an employer. Should I mention the maternity leave income and child benefit income? If so, should I mention in the same form or should I write a letter stating as I already have to write a letter that I am currently on maternity leave
