Is it okey that the skype log is not complete?...because there dates that were erased from the history....

why would you send all skype logs ? skype or phone call history is just to show that you are in contact regularly. You don't need to send whole history. Just some from every month.

Do you think visa officer have to time to go through 100's of page of skpe log ? seriously ?

If that was my situation, i would write something to explain that we had talked via skype since a specific date and that you could not access it. Hopefully there is other proof to show that you were together before your skype conversations start.

I did send my entire Skype history. Once I edited it to remove dead space and private conversations, we had 13 pages. It was mostly video calls.

Depending on the situation, more or less is needed.

Yet in contrast, we sent in no such logs of any sort. Neither were we 'visa-exempt'.

It is OK. Just write an explanation.
As noted above, you do not need to send in the whole Skype log anyway. Selections are enough, with a note saying you have more if needed. If it is only going to be 13 pages though, I would send it all in.

I highly doubt you'll ever get a letter back saying your application was refused due to having too much proof of relationship. Better to be safe than sorry.
