Dear All Experts,
I am really thankful all of you for give me such a valuable advice.

After your suggestion to give again ILETS exam,

I did 3 times and achieve 6.5 in speaking and overall 6 band.

Also without any fraud degree certificate or any type of mark sheet I submitted my document to CHIC,

Last, 29/04/2010 I received letter from CHIC to submitted

1. The right of permanent residence fees (RPRF )
2. How much I need to pay for this fee?
3. And again UK police certificate for me any my wife.

Now, Question is that?

It's my application is Successful or not?

And what I need to now?

We are really Appreciate for some suggestion for this situation for us.

The fees is $490 per applicant and if they have ask you for the UK PCC that means they are still doing the background security check for both of you but as they have asked for the RPRF means its a good positive sign but dont get too excited as they are still doing checks on you.

As per your help and infromation sharing finally today I recevided Medical Request From London CHIC.
Can you please ,
Explan me what I need to now next
Also in my case My wife and my baby both are in india for 3 month holiday .
CHIC letter indicate I need to clear meidcal withinn 60 days .
Now , My family members are in india

can thy complet them medical from india ??? or not ??????

Please give me reply ...........b.cuse my baby and wife not traviel uk before 20th of august ,so we are so warried about this situation .

Your wife and baby can do their medicals from India BUT Oonly thru a designated doctor of Canadian High Commission in your city in India
