The requirements (as of Dec 2025) for a digital photo for Surrender Certificate of Indian Passport are insanely difficult!!
Basically they want you to upload a digital photo which has these 4 requirements:
1. the dimensions should be 630 x 810 pixels
2. the file size should be less than 250 KB
3. the face-height - from chin to the very top of the hair should be between (80 to 85%) - 648 to 689 pixels
4. the face-width - the center of the face should be at 315 pixels + the total face-width (from ear to ear) must be between 315 to 378 pixels + gap from left-edge of the frame to the left ear should be exactly equal to the gap from the right-edge of the frame to the right ear
If you have long hair its a nightmare because the AI in software considers your hair in the face-width as well. Also unless you upload the digital photo they wont allow you to download the application form.
So can anyone please suggest me a specialist photographer in the Brampton area who knows these rqmts and can do them? Please, any help is welcome. Thank you.
