Google - Canada visitor visa. To get a visa, you need to show cash in the bank to support your visit, travel history, ties to home country (job letter with approved leave, business, investments, spouse/child) etc.

Why would it be easy? You cannot work on a visitor visa. You need a job offer and employer needs to file for a LMIA proving no Canadian or PR has the skills to do the job, only you have it. So you want language tests, ECA for education etc. Once you have LMIA, then you can apply for a closed work permit. The process is long so you would need a lot of money while visiting.
