The option to pay RPRF disappeared

I already paid mine but someone else on fbook cannot pay it today. The page only give the total $1040, $550 and 150$ amounts to pay. Where did the $490 go??

There's a specific option on the online payment page. You choose 'Right of permanent residence fee' instead of 'Family Sponsorship'.
