Hi,
For those waiting - it is a long marathon, but the happy day comes!
Finally for us also. My wife landed as a PR yesterday and she is now getting settled in with us. First time in Canada. Many changes in our lives. I will stick around on the forum for a while more as we will now need to sponsor our daughter also, even though she is here already as a student (it's a long story!).
I think of my most fruitful ways of dealing with the waiting (2.5 year long distance relationship)... learning better how to trust and understand my spouse, and also to make sure we had daily contact of some kind (for us it was through e-mails and SKYPE on weekends).
Best of all this summer to everyone applying and waiting. Be positive, meticulous and forever diligent in preparation your application and may your files be processed with speed !
