As the express entry is looming, we don't know the new rules but we're all hoping it comes for the best.
There's something very confusing though, it's the JOB OFFER. Most of the skills that applicants have are obtained overseas and so they need to be authorized first under the Canadian law. In other words, to work as an accountant for example you need first to get a licence by registering as a chartered accountant in Canada, and this requires a lot of efforts and passing a certain test that only takes place in Canada!!
So how in the world will a Canadian employer hire a foreign employee (who's located overseas) knowing that this employee is not authorized to work for him unless he get the required licence first???

its a valid question and i was wondering the same as a guy who is looking forward to the mangement accountant role up there in Canada next year. they have their own regulatory bodies. so this question is really open until we have 2015 express entry system launched. . just a month to go. i am curiously waiting.
