Hi guys
I have couple questions about those programs :

1. I would like to know what is the main difference between those two programs
and do you know if NOC -0621 (Retail trade managers ) is in the list for minimum requirements for the federal because I couldn't find it

2. do i need to do 2 English tests the IELTS AND THE CELPIP or just one is enough?

thank you all in advance

Federal Skilled Worker Program is a way to immigrate to Canada in which either your occupation falls in the shortlist, OR migrate with an Arranged Employment Opinion (AEO), if your present occupation falls under NOCs O, A OR B.

CEC is Canada Experience Class, where you may apply for PR in Canada if your NOC falls under O, A or B and you fulfill either of these two criteria:

1. Have Canadian Work Experience for a minimum of TWO years full time OR
2. Have Studied in Canada for Two years and Worked for a minimum of One year.

You should meet the criteria within TWO years prior to filing.

0621 is not in the Shortlist. However, you may apply with AEO
No you just have to take one English test, IELTS general OR CELPIP.
