the contents of option C printout?

I'm just worndering What's included in an option C printout. How far back of years does it go to? Does it show your marrital status? Does it show how much income you made for the past years? Can anyone who has applied for one share their expericence?

OPTION C, in a nutshell, is your Notice of Assessment from the most previous taxation year.

If you have informed the government of your marriage then it will reflect that, yes.
