I applied for PR in the express entry for me & my wife while we were staying in the USA. We recently moved Toronto on a work permit and received biometrics collection request for our application. The letter says we would have to leave the country to get the biometrics done. My express entry application is displaying the message that "We need your fingerprints to process your application". At the same time, in CIC account the biometrics section on the top right is pre-populated with the recent biometrics we gave for our work permit.
What do we do here? Do we really need to submit new biometrics? Anyone here went through the same process?
