The agent made a mistake, imm 5604 what should I do?

Hello ,
I have declared that I will go alone without my unaccompanied family.
Here is the situation, I am divorced with my first wife without any children but remarried and I have a child with my 2nd wife we are maried .
The agent asked me for the divorce certificate (ok for this ) + imm5604 DECLARATION FROM NON-ACCOMPANYING PARENT/GUARDIAN FOR MINORS IMMIGRATING TO CANADA to do.
What should I do knowing that I have declared that I will go alone without my family?
