thank u thank u thank u so so so so much leon ..i hvent slept n only waiting for ur reply. sorry again my questions are
1. my hubby is working for usa company though he is canadian citizen, is it ok?
2. can i provide lease agreement OR drivers licence of boh of us which has same adress in usa wer we are living rite now? wich other document can b provided if leasing agreement is not available?
3. do i need to file tax in canada, can i file for last five yrs togather? i dont hve income as i m not workin bt i hve nominal interest income like 100 dollars yearly in canadian bank.
4. can i travel before my pr card expires in this coming four weeks to canada by car or its risky?
5.what should i write in adrresses for past five years in pr renewal form, like they ask i hve to provide for each month bt i dont hve record for first 3 years abt entry and exist . i got pr in 2008 n expiring 2013, i hve written dates in 2012 n 2013 bt i dont hve for first 3 years.how can i get accurate on it? please tell me..
6. do i hve to write each dates stamped in passport in travel history for last five yrs as i hve gone to india frm usa.
7. in case if i decide to stay in canada for 2 years now wat should i tell at border so they issue me another landin paper and i can get back my health card coz i will need it if i m staying there for 2 yrs..wat should i tell at border wen i go this time?

n my last question do u think i should hire a lawyer for my case?

3. no, you don't have to file tax in Canada because you don't live in Canada

4. yes, you can travel

5. write your addresses where you lived. for exit and entry google "cbsa privacy act request" to find how to order your data from Canada border services. Google "US exit entry records" to find how to get the info the US is keeping.

6. When they say all travel, they mean all travel

7. They will never issue you another landing paper. You only get one. That is the same for everybody. You can go to Canada if you want with your PR card and you can apply to renew your PR card. No problem. You can stay and work and apply for a health card.

i forgot to mention that i came on a student visa in canada very first time and then after two yrs i gt married .my husband sponsored me for my pr card as he was a citizen and at tht time he was working in usa only on tn visa. we showed in the pr file that we will move back once his wife(me) wil get pr card bt we never moved back as his job is here on tn visa.so hope it wont b a problem for renewal ? wen i landed alone , officer asked me wer is my husband n i said he is coming next week ..coz i landed frm usa to border to canada.then simply they issued me landin paper n wenevr we travel to canada we allwys say tht we live in usa..so it wont be a problem in my renewal process??

do i need to provide usa tax returns?? for supporting documents?

aftr reading all my queries do u think i shld go to any lawyer for renewal of pr card?

So if anybody asks why you didn't move to Canada after you got your PR, you say your husband changed his mind.

If you want to show some US tax records to prove that you and your husband live at the same address, go ahead.

If you don't know how to fill in the forms and don't know what to send, you could get a lawyer to take care of that.

am i goin to hve a problem if i travel with expired pr card at border? can experts please write me in detail wich form i hve to print out for entry exit from cbsa? thak u ....
