Same happened with me . Call center will not do anything. It's normal not to receive test invitation email. Just login and go for test. Don't wait for invitation email.

Better to contact your processing office as they might need your scanned passport copy
They asked my wife to send her scanned passport copy on the same test invitation email.

I am in the same situation. No invitation email. I am a bit worried to simply go for the test, as the tracker clearly states to wait for their email with instructions. I am also wondering which number to call. Should I contact my local office where the application is processed or just the general number?
I am not sure which number to call, so I'll try to send an email to the following email address:

I did send to this mail; their reply I that the system can take up to 5 days to transfer the test link, replied back that I didn't even get the test invite,then nothing back from them............................................................
more time wasted
