Thank you for your interest in working in Canada.
After careful review of your work permit application and supporting documentation under the International Mobility Program, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR).
I am refusing your application on the following grounds: •

You were not able to demonstrate that you will be able to adequately perform the work you seek

. • You have not provided sufficient evidence of work experience in the form of reference, appointment, or relieving letters from previous employers that outline the duration, specific nature of your employment, and job duties.

You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements.

All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fe

No i already got accepted for the provinciale nomination program. so perhaps i could just apply for an permit residence ship.

but would it be enough if give my letter's of employment + my IELT result ? (in here i got an average of 7).

bit information on my self ,Software developer from Belgium , with 5 years of work experience trying to work in Saskatchewan. i also have an girlfriend there but i cant of-course mention this on my application.

Tanks already for al the help.

I am a bit frustrated tho that they not asked for these documents, if they would need them anyway. the only ting that was recruired was an CV.
