Temporary work permit or Permanent Work Permit ? Which is good for Employer ?

I know i can get PR under Permanent work job offer but i am curious to know if it will affect my employer which currently lives in Quebec ?
If my employer offer me permanent work then what will be time duration i have to work for him in Quebec after getting PR ?
If he offer me temporary work offer then if it will be good for my employer regarding LMO ?
