Hello There,

While I have already created an EE application from my CIC login credentials I also did lodge a temporary resident visa for 3 to 4 months to visit Canada and return and after about 2 weeks today I get a rejection letter stating that under regulation requirement 179 they do not believe that I would leave Canada after the period is over.
Can any of you please confirm
1. if this would impact any of my future EE applications or PNP applications.
2. Can I still apply for a visit visa in the future to Canada
3. Does this rejection have any impact on my visa applications to any other country?? I

would appreciate your inputs on the above please...

Although this rejection has caused me a dent of 100 CAD, but it should just not impact any of my future visa applications to Canada or any other country.

Kindly advise.

Best Regards

1. if this would impact any of my future EE applications or PNP applications.
No, it won't.

2. Can I still apply for a visit visa in the future to Canada
Yes you can, but when you reapply don't state a visit of 3-4 months. As a visitor, you're expected to visit for a short duration of 2-3 weeks + have a genuine purpose of visit/strong ties to your home country.

3. Does this rejection have any impact on my visa applications to any other country??
Not possible to say as the entry requirements and visa process vary. You must declare this TRV refusal in any visa application you make to Canada and/or any other country
