my fiancee have business PR through investment for Ontario province, due to COVID, everything delayed but he will fly to Canada once border will be open for people outside of Canada. My would be want to take me along with him on any temporary visa. I am divorced and having a kid as well

For initial entry all Tier 5 (Temporary Workers) applicants need to have a sponsorship certificate and £945 in a bank account (or an A-rated sponsor can confirm that the applicant will not claim government funds).

Applicants can subsequently apply for an extension of their stay and then for permanent residence.
