Temporary visa processing time

Hi All. Currently i am on BOWP and should be
Getting my PPR soon, i do not have temporary
Visa to travel. I might need to visit India
Due to emergency reason.
So my question is should I apply for temporary visa from
From canada and if i do, how long will it take?
Secondly, if i go to india can I get the stamping from there?

Yes when u go to India and then if you receive PPR then u can request for the VO change.
if you wish to apply Temporary visa within canada , check the processing time in CIC

I applied within Canada on Jun 23 and received my passport on July 14 with the visa stamped on it. I applied online.

When You applied online for BOWP so how you submitted the passport? What steps you followed to get BOWP and visa both?

You dont need to submit your passport to apply online for BOWP. First apply for BOWP and once you get it, then apply for the TRV visa.
