Temporary Visa Application-Manila Philippines

Hi All,

I forwarded my documents last Sept 11, 2012. I have not received any letter from Canadian embassy here in the Philippines. Does anyone have an idea on the processing time or when I could possibly received feedback.

For a TRV only - Visitor, average processing time is 14days:

Latest I heard is applications from Manila is trending between 2-3 weeks since the consolidation of processing of applications from Japan.

yes, we got a reply within a week. then they will send you forms for medical.

I applied for trv and work permit last oct 1,2011. And now i still did not receive aor and medical request

Hi All,

Thank you for the replies. I recieved my medical request last Oct 31, 2012 ;D.. I finished my medical examination today. The medical reqsult will take up 10 working days again.The clinic advised me to call on Nov. 20, 2012 for follow up.

Any idea if I will receive my visa before December 2012 if there my medical result is normal.

You applied for a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) and they asked you for medical examination?
Does this apply to anybody requesting a TRV ?
I am applying for a Transit Visa, you think it is necessary my medical examination? (applying from Japan, btw)
