I was refused a canada visitor visa 2 times in the year 2014 and was refused USA tourist visa 5 times in the year 2015. The reason they gave is I wont come back to my country based on my travel history, purpose of travel and personal assets and finance.

During that time I have visited only to Malaysia and Singapore. Now I have travelled to France, Cyprus, Phillipines, Qatar, Peru and UAE. Will I have any chances of approval since my circumstances have changed and travel to some other countries have well. Can anybody advice me on this

The only country the counts is France. Did you travel there for work or tourism? Also depend why you want to come to Canada, how long you want to stay, where you are Currently living/working and your citizenship.

I went to France for tourism for 10 days. And even this time I want to travel to Canada for tourism for 10 days. I am a sri lankan doing business in Sri Lanka.

Nobody can tell whether you will be approved or not. Your chances are better than in 2014. Will you be travelling with your family? How much liquid cash can you show in your personal accounts?

I will be travelling with my family. They have the same travel details as mine. I have liquid cash of equivalent to CAD $40,000/- for the past 8 months in my savings account and 4 properties under my name.

Do you have family in Canada? Has your family travelled internationally like to France?

I dont have any family or friends in Canada. My intention is for tourism. My family has the same travel details as mine including France.
