I havent applied for my temporary resident visa and i am international student. they said i need it to return to the country (canada) after i go home for the holidays, but i dont have the two weeks they said it takes to be returned and i dont have an american visa as well, to get it done myself.
I heard that there used to be representation (send some one to do it for you and it gets returned to the person the same day, all you have to do is give the person a letter saying you authorized them to do the visa for you)
question: does anyone one knows if this is still allowed? if yes where?
