Temporary Resident Visa application mistake

Last week i filed an application on Temporary Resident Visa from Canada to
CPP-ottawa ,Temporary resident visa section. P.O Box 9640, Ottawa, ON, K1G6T2
Today detailed checking on checklist of TRV made me realize i have made an error in my application by submitting photo copy of college transcript which should be original transcript and not submitting my current status in Canada copy which is my study permit.
I attached the scanned version of my study permit and college transcript and emailed it to OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca and also mailed them the hard copy through post. Can anyone tell me what else should i do in order to save my application ?

Give a call to the CIC customer care agents.
They will help you.
Do it fast because if they check your file without documents, they may reject it right away or they will contact you for documents.

So to be on safe side, call them.

i did call cic call center the next day as i realized it. They just told TRV is s separate department in ottawa and i should contact them? but how? i have email the ottawa processing unit with my question and my scanned documents .

I have also send a post with a letter explaining with the hard copy of the missing documents.. Do you think it will be a better idea to fax them as well.

Do not send repeat enquiries, this includes sending the same enquiry by multiple means, as it creates confusion and can delay our reply.

I hope you wrote your name and Unique Client Identifier.

i did include my date of birth and unique client id no in my scanned mail and also in the mailed version the missed documents through post..

I am planning to send a fax documents to let them know about the process till now. Through the tracking no of the post , i came to know post post mail have been delivered to ottawa office. Do you think its a good idea brother?
