Hello.

I am international student and I came to Canada 2005, graduated from high school in Ontario, and graduating from college by this August.

I know I can get PGWP
but I have a person (own his company) who will become my sponsor.

My passport expires on Dec, 31 2014. And, my country(south Korea) will not renew my passport because I have not done the mandatory military service for 2 years.
Also, I will only get the short length of PGWP (same, expires on dec 31, 2014)

So, here is my question.. I am going to have a 2 years of contract, full time job.

Will government issue me a temporary resident (work permit) over my passport expiry date?

If that so, I can stay and live in Canada.

Short answer - no.

From the foreign worker manual (http://www.cic.gc.ca/ENGLISH/RESOURCES/manuals/fw/fw01-eng.pdf):

...
proof of identity (With the exception of citizens and permanent residents of the U.S.
and residents of St. Pierre and Miquelon, work permits may not be issued for a
duration longer than the validity of the passport);
