Temporary residence visa after post grad work permit

I applied for my TRV in jan 2020 and its almost December 2020 and I have not heard back from about my application ever since.

There no option to withdraw the application so I can apply again.
What should I do???

Your situation isn't clear.

Are you inside of Canada? Outside of Canada?

Are you trying to convert your status to visitor within Canada after finishing your PGWP? Or are you trying to return to Canada on a PGWP?

I was an international student and applied for post graduation work permit and got it last December My visa was expired as it was only for the duration of my study but after I got my post graduation work permit I applied for TRV that if I need to leave Canada so I can come back.
I was and am still in Canada.
My status is still work permit and will remain same untill 22 december.
