Temporary foreign worker, you must have two years of full-time (or equivalent)

Hi

I am planning to apply for PR application under CEC , To Qualify as a worker i must have two years of full-time (or equivalent) work experience in Canada. Full-time work experience means working at least 37.5 paid hours per week.

I have only 22 months of experience ( 28th June 2010 to 20th April 2012 ) in Canada But i have worked these 22 months on average of 43 hours per week .

These hours are matching with equivalent expernce of 2 years . my NOC is 2171 (Information systems analysts and consultants)

In this given situation am I eligible to submit application ? Please suggest me .

Just wait for a week. The rule is being changed to 1 year experience from January 2013.

You only need 12 months of work experiences instead 24 months!
