Hello sir I had applied to canada for temporary resident visa on dated 14.7.2018 and received d refusal on 31.8.2018 by email .Ground for refusal they mentioned 1.I am not satasfies that you will leave Canada at d end of your stay as teporarte resident as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR based upon the purpose of your visit. 2. As stipulated in paragraph 179 (b) of the IRPR based on your family ties in Canada and in your country. 3. Based on your travel history. I am surprised to see my refusal as I have 10 year multiple visa of USA and and Mentioned my refusal of Canada earlier.Proper sponsorship letter was attached from Canada and I m Principal in polytechnic college.I applied alone.My wife is a govt.employ and two small kids in India and they are assuming that I will not come back. My friend are saying you shouldn't ask the status of your case by emailing to them by this they get anoid and refused visa.Is it true .Kindly help and suggest what can be d reasons of rejection in their mind and what should I do in future.thanx

Your host cannot sponsor you. You need to prove that you can afford the entire visit including the airfare without depending on anyone else.
Sending an IRCC web form to ask about the processing status will not annoy visa officers.

3. What documents did you submit?
4. Have you traveled to the US, UK, Schengen, Australia, NZ, etc for short visits?
Thanx for your reply to my queries. For more information as you asked me. 1. (a)I have applied to Canada in 2010 under federal skilled workers under the catagory of college instructor NOC 4131 but they refused by saying although the NOC 9212 corresponds to an occupation specified in the instructions,I m not satisfied that you have mini.one year of full time of experience. Although you have not satisfied the requirements to apply under the federal skilled worker class ,you may may qualify under another category. (b) Again I have applied for Canada to attend a conference and present my paper in Canada on dated 10 August 2015 and the conference date was 26th August.I had only email receipt of paper submission and deposit of fee.I have received refusal on dated 25th stating that your purpose of visit is not cleared. 2. yes I travelled USA in 2015 from 25th July to 8th august to present my paper in conference Las Vegas .It was 10 to 15 day trip. 3. (a) Now my purpose to visit Canada was tourist and to attend the birthday celebration of my nephew on Sept.2,2018. I want to stay for twenty two days as the leave was granted from my employer from 28 August to Sept. 20. (b) Yes my younger brother is a citizen of Canada.My father and mother have also PR and residing with my brother. (c) As I am principal in private college I have submitted my salary ,Noc ,leave granted ,appointment letter ,in come tax returns, account statements showing sufficient funds,property docs, invitation letter, spouse docs, brothers and parents docs(from Canada). (d) I have traveled only once to USA in 2015 to participate in conference only. Wating for your valuable suggestions.thanx
1. Birthdays are generally not considered as compelling reasons to visit = Purpose of visit refusal reason
2. Most of your family members are in Canada = Family ties are stronger to Canada refusal reason
3. Don't worry about the Travel History refusal reason.
4. As you had previously applied under FSW, IRCC believes you intend to move long-term to Canada.
1. Do elaborate/list the documents you intend to submit in more detail.
2. Are you visiting during the college break?
3. Can you include some compelling reasons to return to India by a specific date (with evidence)?
4. Financial investments? Is your property rented? Do you live with any other dependent family members?
Thanx Bryanna for valuable suggestion again I want to enquire from you is that 1. I had attached my sanctioned leave from my employer and more over my wife is a govt.employee in India and two kids having age 2.5 yrs and 10 years and are studying .That is why I have applied myself only got visa. 2. I have shown 8.5 lac in my saving account and p.f approximately 7 lac and a plot of 15 lac which is registered on my wife and my name .We are living independently in our own house. Approximately savings and asset amount of my wife and me was Rs. 80 lakh which was shown.
It would be possible to advise if you post the complete/detailed list of documents that you intend to submit.
PF cannot be shown as funds available for your visit.... unless it has crossed the 6 years initial lock-in period and in that case too, only part amount can be withdrawn
