Temporary Address Change - Will this include CoPR?

Hello,

I have a question; I am moving out of a room I am renting in an apartment, for two months, as I am going on vacation to spend 6 weeks in Canada with my partner. I am only changing my address temporarily for two months with the post office.

Will this work for a potential CoPR in July or August? Will this kind of post be sent to the temporary address or will it ONLY be sent to the address listed in E-CAS? Cause I don't want the person who owns the apartment to get this specific post.

Can`t you buy a PO box. It can be most secure.

I wrote to CIC for change in my address a month ago and there is no change in my ECas. I`m a non visa exempt and it is not so important for me. But your address is important for CORP, so if you change it, buy PO box or write of relative or close friend. It would be compicated to change your address every two months.

Last time I changed address I received an email in return and a change of address in ECAS within 2 days, so maybe best to have it changed to a friend's address.
